Job duties will include but not limited to:
 Participate in the preparation of paint damage estimates and associated paperwork
 Order paint products and supplies to maintain and update department inventory
 Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of waste products
 Mix paint products according to specifications, match and adjust colors using tint products
 Paint surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate
 Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, or unpainted areas
 Clean and maintain painting tools, ventilation devices, and other safety equipment to ensure maximum performance and protection from harmful chemicals  Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer  Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management
 Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
 Maintain a clean and organized work space
 Embrace and exhibit CORE values
 All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned


Minimum Requirements:
 Minimum of 2+ years prior experience in a professional environment
 Trade school or Vo-Tech degree/certification or the equivalent in Auto Refinishing required (I-CAR certification strongly preferred)
 Must be able to provide your own tools
 Ability to read and comprehend written procedures and policies
 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
 Must work well as a member of a team
 Must be punctual and reliable
 Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
