Responsibilities

As a Phone Sales Specialist you will interact with hundreds of customers that begin as internet leads or phone calls and will assist customers in beginning their vehicle selection process. You will answer questions and inquiries from customers on vehicles & inventory and set them up with test drives and appointments in the dealerships with Customer Specialists to continue their Walser Experience.

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership if needed
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, WBC Manager, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
